LEMON BALM TEA
Since antiquity, lemon balm has been praised for its healing and soothing qualities. Throughout the ages, individuals have turned to lemon balm tea as a remedy for anxiety and stress. Possessing wide leaves and a delightful lemon aroma, Melissa officinalis, often referred to as lemon balm, has been a traditional choice to aid digestion and alleviate nervousness.

PRODUCT INSTRUCTIONS
Put 16 oz of Spring Water into a glass or clay pot. Add 1/4 cup of loose herbs to the water. Boil for 2 minutes, then simmer on the lowest setting for an additional 25 minutes. Strain the tea and let cool.
Drink the tea from a glass or copper cup only. There should be approximately 8-12 oz of tea remaining after simmering and straining Place the strained herbs in the refrigerator in a sealed glass jar to be used a second time to make tea. Dispose herbs in the grass (not the trash) after the second use.
Drink two (2) glasses of tea daily.
STORAGE AND EXPIRATION
All tonics, loose teas, herbal leaves, and powders should be refrigerated after seal is broken for longest potency and freshness of herbs. Herbal compounds such as tinctures and capsules do not need to be refrigerated and should be stored in a cool, dark place out of direct light. These methods will guarantee the longest potency and freshness.
All herbal compounds will have an expiration date on the item packages which are effective immediately. If stored correctly, these herbal compounds will last far longer than the recommended expiration date.
