Refund, Return & Shipping Policy
All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. No refunds are provided under any circumstances.
Store credit may be issued only for verified damage claims submitted within the required timeframe.
By completing your purchase at Yah’ki Awakened LLC, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Damage Claims
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must report it within 72 hours of delivery.
To initiate a damage claim, email orders@yahkiawakened.com with the following information:

Your full name

Order number
-
Tracking number
-
Detailed description of the damage

Clear photos and video evidence showing the damage to both the unopened package (if applicable) and the opened contents
Damage includes, but is not limited to:

Broken tincture bottles
-
Spillage or leakage inside the package
-
Torn or compromised herbal tea, powder, capsule packaging

Damaged or contaminated seaweed and other goods
Important:

Only store credit will be issued for verified claims.

Store credit must be used within 90 days of issuance.

No refunds will be given under any circumstances.
Shipping Damaged Items Back
In cases where a return is required:

Customers will be reimbursed for return shipping costs.

Returned items must be sent with tracking and, if applicable, shipping insurance.

A replacement will be sent if available upon receipt of the damaged item.

If a replacement is not available, store credit will be issued.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Yah’ki Awakened LLC is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Yah’ki Awakened LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages where tracking information confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.
Once the carrier confirms delivery:

Responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

Yah’ki Awakened LLC will provide delivery confirmation details, tracking information, and the shipping carrier’s contact information to assist customers in filing a claim if necessary.
We highly recommend selecting a secure delivery location and/or opting for shipping that requires a signature at delivery.
Chargebacks and PayPal Disputes
By placing an order with Yah’ki Awakened LLC, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or PayPal dispute without first contacting our customer support team to resolve any issues.
Any violation of this policy will result in store credit only, as outlined above.
