Consultation Appointment Disclaimer:
By scheduling a consultation appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
Non-Refundable Payment: The fee for the consultation is non-refundable. Once the appointment is scheduled, you cannot file a claim or dispute to receive a refund under any circumstances, including but not limited to failure to attend the scheduled appointment.
No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment or miss your appointment, you forfeit the consultation fee. To inquire about rescheduling, you must contact us within 24 hours following the missed appointment. Rescheduling or cancelling an appointment requires adherence to our cancellation policy, which mandates a 24-hour notice prior to the appointment time.
Acknowledgment of Terms: By proceeding with the scheduling of your consultation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
Waiver of Claims: You waive any right to file a claim, dispute, or request a chargeback through your bank, credit card company, or any other financial institution regarding the consultation fee for any reason related to non-attendance or missed appointments.
