PRODUCT INSTRUCTIONS (TEA)

1. Begin by boiling 8 ounces of water in a glass pot on your stovetop for 3 minutes. We recommend using spring or distilled water for optimal results. Once boiled, allow the water to cool for 2 minutes.
   
2. Next, add a teaspoon of plant material to the pot.
   
3. Allow the plant material to steep in the water for 10 to 15 minutes. A longer steeping time will result in a stronger potency of the tea.
   
4. After steeping, strain the tea using a mesh strainer to remove any large particles. Ensure that the tea cools down to room temperature before consumption.
   
   
5. Enjoy the tea three times a day, ideally in the morning, afternoon, and evening.
   

PRODUCT INSTRUCTIONS (TINCTURE)

• Shake well before use. 
• Take two dropperfuls three times daily 15-30 minutes before a meal.

While using these supplements, it's recommended to drink at least 64 ounces of spring water daily.

• Take 1000mg (about ⅛ of a teaspoon) of herbal powder with an 8 oz glass of freshly squeezed juice or water, twice daily.

STORAGE AND EXPIRATION

• Herbal tinctures do not need to be refrigerated after the seal is broken and should be stored in a cool, dark place out of direct light. This method will guarantee the longest potency and freshness. 

For Herbal Capsules

• Herbal capsules do not need to be refrigerated after the seal is broken and should be stored in a cool, dark place out of direct light. This method will guarantee the longest potency and freshness. 

For Herbal Powders

• Herbal Powders should be refrigerated after the seal is broken for longest potency and freshness of herbs. 

For Herbal Teas

• The plant material can be reused twice before discarding. After the first use, store the used plant material in a glass container and refrigerate it until the second use. Please note that the plant material should not be refrigerated for more than 2 days.

• Dispose of the plant material in the earth, not the trash.

• Teas can be combined if you have purchased a Kit & Bundle, Geo’Genetic Package, or multiple types of tea. You can combine up to three teas together.

• Store your biodegradable container of tea in a dry, dark place until it is ready to be used.

• It is highly recommended to consume the tea within 6 months of receiving it.
