PRODUCT INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE TEA
- Begin by boiling 8 ounces of water in a glass pot on your stovetop for 3 minutes. We recommend using spring or distilled water for optimal results. Once boiled, allow the water to cool for 2 minutes.
- Next, add a teaspoon of plant material to the pot.
- Allow the plant material to steep in the water for 10 to 15 minutes. A longer steeping time will result in a stronger potency of the tea.
- After steeping, strain the tea using a mesh strainer to remove any large particles. Ensure that the tea cools down to room temperature before consumption.
- Enjoy the tea three times a day, ideally in the morning, afternoon, and evening.

Do not use if the seal has been broken or tampered with. Keep out of reach of children.
FOR GENITAL HERPES
- Apply topically: Mix 3-4 drops of oregano essential oil with 1 tablespoon of a carrier oil such us neem oil (an excellent oil with natural medicinal properties to fight herpes) or coconut oil, a natural anti-viral. It is suggested to apply the blend on the spine as the herpes virus lays dormant in the spinal column and usually infects the cerebrospinal fluid. This is the case with other viruses as well, so essentially doing this daily can help protect you from other viral attacks.
- Take sublingually: Add 2-3 drops of oregano oil to an edible carrier oil such as coconut oil and take it sublingually (under your tongue). Swish the blend under the tongue for a minute or so giving it time to absorb into your central nervous system and blood, and then spit it out.
FOR ORAL HERPES
- Apply topically: Mix 3-4 drops of oregano essential oil with 1 teaspoon of a carrier oil s uch us neem oil (a powerful oil with healing properties to fight the herpes virus) or coconut oil, a natural anti-viral. Dab the mixture in a cotton ball or q-tip and apply directly on the cold sore 3-4 times a day. At night, do the same but this time hold the soaked cotton ball in place with a band-aid and keep it on overnight. Repeat this for a few days until the cold sore disappears completely.
While using these supplements, it's recommended to drink at least 64 ounces of spring water daily.
STORAGE AND EXPIRATION
- The plant material can be reused twice before discarding. After the first use, store the used plant material in a glass container and refrigerate it until the second use. Please note that the plant material should not be refrigerated for more than 2 days.
- Dispose of the plant material in the earth, not the trash.
- Teas can be combined if you have purchased a Kit & Bundle, Geo’Genetic Package, or multiple types of tea. You can combine up to three teas together.
- Store your biodegradable container of tea in a dry, dark place until it is ready to be used.
- It is highly recommended to consume the tea within 6 months of receiving it.
Herbal oils do not need to be refrigerated after the seal is broken and should be stored in a cool, dark place out of direct light. This method will guarantee the longest potency and freshness.
