Pills are a bit hard to swallow due to size but I noticed a decline in the hot flashes after a week, and the joint pains have also decreased. I will review again in a month to see how it affects the mensural cycle and symptoms.

When I first started taking the capsules, after a week I didn’t have any cravings for sugar! I didn’t have an appetite for junk foods, I had regular poops. I’m very happy with my delivery and can’t wait to start products. The pills are on the larger side . I will say they were worth the wait. I got them Tuesday and started taking them the same night . I already seem positive changes. I had some thing going on and and let me tell you , it’s no longer happening!!! I will definitely continue to use the products in the future.
