Tracking Orders
To track your order, go to "My Account" or click the "Order Status" icon directly under the menu once you're logged in and it will take you to your account page. If your item has shipped, it will have a grayed out shipped button beside it.
1. Click on the order number.
2. Scroll down until you see "Shipping Details" (in the right column on a desktop or at the bottom on a mobile device) and it will show you the date shipped, shipping method and tracking link.
3. Copy the tracking number then click one of the buttons below to enter it on the corresponding websites for either UPS or USPS to track your order in real time.
Lost Package Policy
If your order is marked as delivered but has not been received, or if it becomes lost in transit, Yah’ki Awakened Herbal Store is not responsible for the loss. All lost package claims must be filed directly with UPS or USPS. Please contact UPS or USPS promptly to initiate a claim using your tracking number.
