Yah’ki Awakened Herbal Store is a private health club that provides exclusive services and products to registered members only. By becoming a member, you acknowledge and agree that you will not duplicate or sell any of the products or information found on the website. PRODUCTS & SERVICES CONDITIONS
Members of the Yah’ki Awakened Health Club must be at least the age of majority as designated by your state of residence.
All products and services are only available to members. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. If purchased items are damaged in transit, a new package will be sent upon the return of the damaged package. A damage form or email must be sent within seven (7) days of receiving your package alerting us of the damage.
If you choose to send an email, send it to orders@yahkiawakened.com and please include your name, a detailed description of the damage, a photo, the order number, and the tracking number.
SERVICE MODIFICATIONS AND PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
We reserve the right to change or terminate any services or products without notice at any time. We also reserve the right to adjust prices of our products and services at our discretion as necessary.

As a member of Yah’ki Awakened Health Club, you agree to provide accurate account information, including your full name, address, phone number, email address, and credit card information. Providing accurate information ensures that we are able to contact you in the event of any necessary changes to or cancellations of your order.

As a member, you have the right to terminate your membership at any time by notifying us that you wish to cancel your membership. Upon cancellation, you will no longer have access to our website, products, or services. Please note that if you have an active subscription, cancelling your membership will not result in a refund for any remaining time left on your subscription.
We reserve the right to terminate your membership and delete your account at any time and without notice if you fail to comply with our Terms of Service and conditions for the Yah’ki Awakened Health Club. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to our website, products, or services. We may also take appropriate legal action, in our sole discretion, if we suspect illegal activity, fraud, misrepresentation, abuse or violation of these Terms.
