All sales are final. Store credit will be issued ONLY if a claim is submitted within 72 hours of delivery AND verified damage is proven with photos and an official return initiated.
All herbal compounds are custom made and cannot be sold to other another person.
In order to request store credit, you (the customer) must submit (1) photographic evidence of the product damage and (2) video evidence of the unboxing, showing the damage, within 72 hours of delivery.
All shipments valued over $100 must be signed for upon delivery. No claims will be accepted without proof of delivery signature.
EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY
All sales are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds for any reason, except in cases where items are damaged in transit.
Damage Claims:

Customers must email orders@yahkiawakened.com within 72 hours of delivery.

Include: (1) your name, (2) order number, (3) tracking number, (4) detailed description of the damage, and (5) clear photo and video proof showing the unopened damaged package.

Only store credit will be issued for verified claims.

No refunds will be given. Store credit must be used within 90 days.
Damage includes, but is not limited to:

Broken tincture bottles
-
Spillage or leakage inside the package
-
Torn or compromised herbal tea, powder, or capsule packaging

Damaged or contaminated seaweed and other goods
Shipping of Damaged Items:

Return shipping for damaged items will be reimbursed.

Returned items must have tracking and insurance.

If a replacement is available, it will be shipped once the damaged item is received.

If no replacement is available, store credit will be issued.
Only store credit will be issued for verified claims where no replacement is available.
No refunds will be given under any circumstances.

By purchasing from Yahki Awakened, you agree to these terms and waive the right to file a chargeback or PayPal dispute without first seeking resolution with us.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Yah’ki Awakened LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages where tracking information confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout. Once a package is confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier, the responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

It is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the shipping carrier and file any necessary claims for lost or stolen packages.
We recommend that customers select a secure delivery location and/or use shipping options that require a signature at delivery when placing orders.
