Great product, a year ago a change to a nutrition lifestyle by just consuming fruits, vegetables and some seeds and nut and I have not drank water in over a year now however in the process I lost 25 pounds and wanted to gain some of it back therefore I ordered 2 set of the Gorilla mix I already gained 10 pound and trying to work myself up to 5 more pounds to make it to 15 pounds gain, during this process l have been going to the Gym daily and I also spend 30 minutes in the sauna. Taste great, I really just started this week to see any positive results because I’m still struggling with my evening meal. lol. But I take all three throughout my three breaks at work, alternating the 3 for a meal replacement. I also started juicing because of this brother a year ago. I’ve been using the Gorilla Mix bundle for about 2 weeks. The main difference I noticed was my energy levels when it came to my workouts. I use the bundle mostly, as a performance line even though it can be taken daily.
