PRODUCT INSTRUCTIONS
The 3Bitters should be taken ONCE DAILY.
3Bitters Preparation Instructions

Begin by boiling 8 ounces of water in a glass, clay or copper pot on your stovetop for 3 minutes. We recommend using spring or distilled water for optimal results. Once boiled, allow the water to cool for 2 minutes. Each Bitter must be prepared separately.

For a regular cleanse, add 3 to 4 tablespoons of plant material to the pot. (For a milder cleanse, you may choose to use 4 teaspoons instead.)

Allow the plant material to steep in the water for 10 to 15 minutes. A longer steeping time will result in a stronger potency of the tea.

After steeping, strain the tea using a mesh strainer to remove any large particles. Ensure that the tea cools down to room temperature before consumption.

Pour each of the Bitters in a separate glass or copper cup and drink each Bitter back to back.

Drink the Bitters once a day, preferably in the morning, as it may lead to increased restroom visits.
Deep Intense Detox Instructions (as recommended by Dr. Yahki)
- Add 16 ounces of distilled water into a glass, clay, or copper pot.
- Add 1 full cup of loose herbs to the water. Each Bitter must be prepared separately.
- Boil on high for 3 minutes, then simmer on low for 25 minutes.
- Strain the tea and let it cool to obtain 8-12 ounces of tea.
- Place the strained herbs in a sealed jar and store them in the refrigerator for a second use.
- Dispose of the herbs after the second use.
- Take 3Bitters once daily.
STORAGE AND EXPIRATION
- The plant material can be reused twice before discarding. After the first use, store the used plant material in a glass container and refrigerate it until the second use. Please note that the plant material should not be refrigerated for more than 2 days.
- Dispose of the plant material in the earth, not the trash.
- Store your biodegradable container of tea in a dry, dark place until it is ready to be used.
- It is highly recommended to consume the tea within 6 months of receiving it.
