We do not offer refunds on purchased membership subscriptions.
However, you may change or cancel your membership at any time.
If you are having an issue with your membership, whether you need a password reset, can’t access gold content, or can’t purchase products with an active membership etc., please fill out a ticket below and our membership department will assist you.
